SUMMONS -IN-CHAMBERS
Let all parties concerned attend before the Judge in Chambers on
the day of 1997, at a.m. on the hearing of an application by Tang Liang Hong, the First Defendant in the abovementioned actions for the following orders:-
1. That the time for service of this application be abridged.
2. That Justice Lai Kew Chai be disqualified from hearing all of the actions herein and all applications connected therewith.
3. That the order making Teo Siew Har as Second Defendant to all the actions herein and the orders granting Mareva Injunction against the First and Second Defendants and all ancilliary orders relating to the above, all made on 27 January 1997 be hereby quashed and set aside.
4. That the order for appointment of a receiver against the assets of the First and Second Defendants and all ancilliary orders relating to the above, all made on 17 February 1997 be hereby quashed and set aside.
5. That pending the disposal of this application, all further proceedings on any of the actions herein be hereby stayed.
6. Such further order or orders as this Court shall deem fit.
7. That the costs of this application be costs in the cause.
The grounds of this application are set out in the Affidavit of Tang
Liang Hong filed herein.
